It really is that simple. You don’t need any special approval to have a phlebotomist draw a sample in the comfort of your own home. Either you or your provider can send us a copy of the requisition form so we know what supplies we need.
We will deliver your specimens to the lab on the requisition form. That lab then sends your results to the doctor’s office that’s listed on your lab order. Walls Phlebotomy Will Not have your results.
