Step 1: Email Us Your Information

Step 2: Send Your Lab Order
Your healthcare provider may fax your lab order to us at (916) 623-0128, or you may email us a copy directly.

Step 3: Submit Payment to Schedule Your Appointment
Membership Option
- $10 monthly membership fee (paid through Zelle)
- $50 draw fee per appointment
Please note: Enrollment in the membership program is subject to approval after the initial appointment and based on an evaluation of the patient’s venous access for routine mobile specimen collection services.
Standard Appointment
- $100 mobile collection fee
Once payment is received, your appointment will be scheduled.
Step 4: In-Home Collection
A certified phlebotomist will travel to your home, office, or care facility to collect your specimen and transport it securely to your selected laboratory.
Refund Policy
Membership Appointments
- If no suitable vein is found and no equipment is used, the $50 draw fee will be refunded.
- The $10 monthly membership fee is non-refundable.
One-Time Appointments
- If no specimen is collected and no equipment is used, a $50 partial refund will be issued.
- Travel and scheduling fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Once collection equipment is used, the draw fee becomes non-refundable.
