Schedule Your Mobile Lab Appointment

Step 1: Submit Your Lab Order
Your healthcare provider may send your laboratory order to Walls Phlebotomy by fax at (916) 623-0128 or via secure email. If you already have a copy of your lab order, you may email it to us directly.

Step 2: Request an Appointment
Email us to schedule your mobile appointment. Please include the required information listed so we can promptly coordinate your visit and complete any necessary hospital or laboratory documentation.

Step 3: In-Home Specimen Collection
A certified phlebotomist will travel to your home, office, or care facility to professionally collect your laboratory specimen.

Step 4: Secure Transport to the Laboratory
All specimens are handled according to safety and compliance standards and delivered to your designated laboratory for testing.
